Seed Swap at Rickmansworth Library

Calling all gardeners! Green-fingered or just getting started!

Did you know that swapping seeds is one of the simplest ways to support your community, save money, and help the planet all at once?

We're teaming up with Rickmansworth Library to bring a Seed Swap to Rickmansworth, and we'd love you to join us!

Monday 27th April 🕦 11:30 am – 1:00 pm 📍 Rickmansworth Library

Bring along any unwanted, self-collected, or excess seeds and seedlings, and take home something new, all completely free.

Whether you're growing vegetables, flowers, or herbs, there's something wonderful about knowing your garden is connected to your neighbours' gardens too.

This event is also a great opportunity to visit the newly refurbished library if you haven’t already.

We look forward to seeing you!

Here's why seed swapping is such a great idea:

🌍 Eco-friendly — Sharing seeds encourages biodiversity, reduces waste, and supports more sustainable growing practices in our local area.

🤝 Community — It's a chance to meet fellow gardeners, share tips, and build connections with like-minded people right here in Three Rivers.

💰 Money-saving — Seeds can be surprisingly expensive. Swapping means you can grow more variety without spending a penny.

We hope to see you there — bring your seeds, bring a friend, and let's grow something great together!
