Get Fit, Have Fun and Support Charity!

Zumba with Flo is a popular local class run by Flo Garvey of Sarratt Community Garden.

Come along to Mill End Community Centre on a Wednesday evening at 8.15 and join in the fun!

Every month Flo supports a different charity with the proceeds from the class.

During July her chosen charity is

Mill End Toy Library

This is a very worthwhile, sustainable organisation for the benefit of local children and families.
